About the event
One of the biggest obstacles to buying a home are the high prices of homes. Shared equity homeownership is a way to lower the cost of buying a home, it enables people to buy a home with a reduced mortgage. If you are considering purchasing a home within the CICLT, this class is required. This FREE class will help you fully understand the benefits and requirements of our Shared Equity Program for homeowners.
