CICLT Wins the Iowa Homeownership Incubator Pitch Competition

We are proud to announce that the Central Iowa Community Land Trust (CICLT) won the Iowa Homeownership Incubator Pitch Competition at Iowa Finance Authority's annual Housing Iowa Conference!

Thanks to this victory, we’ve been awarded $20,000 which will be instrumental in helping to launch the CICLT. This funding marks a significant milestone, working to help us to transform this vision into reality and create a lasting impact for making homeownership more accessible and affordable in Des Moines!

We shared the stage with other incredible initiatives from Blueprint to Homeownership and Residential Mortgage Network Inc.! Even more exciting news for Iowa, each initiative was so compelling that IFA dug deep and decided to fund all three projects!
